Terms & Conditions

• Competition will run from 6th October 2025 – 28th October 2025 throughout the Counties Manukau Kindergarten Association Kindergartens and Early Learning Centres.
• The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
• Tickets are limited to 2500 tickets organisation wide.
• There is no limit on the number of tickets any one person can buy.
• Ticket sheets of 40 tickets are distributed evenly across all participating centres and extras are available upon request.
• Tickets to be sold for $5 each ticket. This can be paid for in cash or bank transfer to the kindergarten/early learning centre.
• To ensure your ticket is a valid entry, payment must be made and received before 11:59pm on 28th October 2025. Tickets not paid for by this time will be considered invalid.
• First Prize – The winner will receive a $500 supermarket voucher. The winner may nominate their preferred supermarket from the following options: Woolworths, New World, or Pak’nSave. The voucher will be purchased and issued at the sole discretion of the organiser.
• Second Prize – The winner will receive a speaker and a Spotify Premium subscription. The make, model, and appearance of the speaker may differ from any images or descriptions used in promotional material. The Spotify Premium subscription is valued at $45 (equivalent to three months of Premium).
• Any ongoing costs or charges beyond this initial period will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the speaker with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Third Prize – The winner will receive: Two passes to Auckland Adventure Park, valued at $25 each. Both passes must be redeemed prior to 29 May 2026.
• Third Prize – An Auckland Zoo gift voucher valued at $150. This voucher can be redeemed for entry, food, or retail purchases at Auckland Zoo and is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. • Fourth Prize – The winner will receive a bike and helmet purchased from Little Nation. The bike is suitable for children aged approximately 18 months to 5 years. The helmet complies with applicable Australia/New Zealand safety standards
• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
• Winners are responsible for any additional costs not explicitly stated as included in the prize (e.g., ongoing subscription fees, travel costs, or other incidental expenses).
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prizes.
• Entry open to everyone, including employees of CMKA. 4 prize packs to be drawn on Thursday 30th October 2025 at CMKA Head Office.
• Prizes will be drawn using the online random name generator.
• Prize winner(s) will be contacted via their phone number and then announced on Facebook and Instagram following 30th October 2025.
• Prize(s) must be collected from CMKA Head Office or be delivered to the winner by CMKA Head Office Staff by Friday 14th November 2025.
• By participating in this competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by CMKA regarding the competition.
