CENTRE MANAGER POSITION – A Unique and Exciting Opportunity

Early Learning Counties Manukau (ELCM) – Alfriston College, 145 Alfriston Road, Manurewa, Auckland 2450

 

Early Learning Counties Manukau is an affiliated company of the Counties Manukau Kindergarten Association which is solely owned and operated by the Counties Manukau Kindergarten Association. The company was set up to manage early childhood education services that offer longer sessions for families and which continue to operate during term breaks.

This position would suit a person who places high importance on establishing positive and enduring community and team relationships. We require that special someone who places priority and commitment in ensuring that relationships within diverse communities, as well as operational systems within the centre, are very well maintained.

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and experienced ECE qualified person who has had wide, varied and knowledgeable leadership and management experience in managing long day services, and who also has current and wide knowledge of high quality curriculum approaches.  Most importantly, the successful applicant must be community minded, willing to go the extra mile and have a “nothing is impossible” and a “can do attitude”.

  • Applicants require a Bachelor of Teaching ECE, current first aid certificate and current Full Teacher Registration Practicing Certificate
